$4 M of funding for Food Hubs

VicHealth is offering $4 Million of funding to Victorian food hubs.

Ten grants of between $150,000 to $750,000 will be awarded and can be used to either:

  • Start a new food hub
  • Expand the operations of an existing one

Whichever category you fall into, the Open Food Network can help.

We have spent the last decade working with food hubs and can help with everything from business planning to community consultation, marketing and even logistics.

The Open Food Network Software Platform

The Open Food Network software platform has been designed from the ground up for Community Food Enterprises and Food Hubs.

The platform is easy to set up, scalable and has a number of features and functions that make running a food hub easier.

The Open Road

Save time and money with the Open Road, the only co-logistics service designed for ethical food producers, food hubs and retail stores.

Rent space in one of our vans and our drivers will take it where it needs to go. Routes include: 

North East  Wangaratta to Melbourne via Benalla and Euroa
Central – Moama to Melbourne via Kyabram and connections west into the Central Highlands
Gippsland – This route covers a huge area, from the Prom Coast to Sale.
