Software User Support

Software User Guide

You can access our Software User Guide for all of the basic set-up instructions, and it can help with how to start using more advanced features. The guide has a search function to get to what you need, or you can work your way through it.

If you can’t find something in the guide that you think should be there, let us know so that we can add it in for future users.

Demonstration videos

We have a range of demonstration videos on our YouTube channel. Some of these are made by our international Open Food Network partners, so may refer to pricing that doesn’t apply here in Australia or may show different currencies or weights and measures, but the information on how to use the software should be the same.

Customer support

If neither of those resources has answered your question, you can email us and ask for help. Our team will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Reducing our outgoings is a big part of keeping what we charge for the platform as low as possible, so please do try to solve the problem with the help of the User Guide first.

It will help us if you can describe the problem you’re having well: include your shop name, any details on which order cycle or customer, or timing of an issue you’ve come across. If it’s something that seems like a bug (e.g. something isn’t working how it normally does) then extra details like which browser you’re using and what type of computer (or if you’re viewing the site on your phone) also help our team close in on a solution as quickly as possible.
