Grace Arnold
Grace formed an early interest in sustainable food production growing up on a mixed-crop permaculture farm in North East Victoria. Selling family produce at farmers markets and through local businesses has given her a grounded experience of the joys and challenges of short supply chain systems.
Very much a people person, Grace loves meeting the diverse users of the Open Food Network platform and Open Road. While working at the Open Food Network, she has also found a new joy in software automations and nifty tech solutions and has enjoyed using these to refine processes for the Open Road service.
Grace returned to regional Victoria in the great Melbourne exodus of 2020, and now lives on land of the Bpangerang, Yorta Yorta and Taungurung peoples. Away from her desk, Grace enjoys growing fresh veg for her household, cooking for her friends and dancing as much as possible.
